Bellini has been a beloved part of Center City Philadelphia since opening its doors in September 2001. Nestled in the heart of Rittenhouse, Bellini entered an exciting new chapter in June 2021 when brothers Kristi and Parid Spiro, took over ownership. Since then, we’ve focused not only on bringing fresh energy to the food and service, but also on creating a better atmosphere—for both our guests and our team.

We've worked hard to build a positive, supportive environment where our staff feels valued and inspired. Over time, that sense of teamwork has grown into something more—we’ve become a family. And we believe our guests can feel that too. Whether you're here for a special occasion or a casual dinner, we want everyone who walks through our doors to feel right at home, like part of the Bellini family—not just another reservation.

At the heart of our kitchen is Executive Chef Francesco Parmisciano. Born and raised in San Marco di Castellabate, a small town about 30 miles south of Salerno, Chef Francesco grew up surrounded by passionate home cooks. He began honing his skills alongside his mother in their family restaurant in Italy. His deep love for Italian cuisine shines through in every dish.

“I was always surrounded by great cooks in my family and developed a true passion for authentic Italian food. To me, cooking is an art—and I’m proud to share a real taste of Italy here at Bellini.” – Chef Francesco
